Milk quality analyzer "Laktan 1-4" model 230 is used to determine the percentage of fat, protein, solids-non-fat (SNF), added water, temperature and density in a sample of fresh whole, preserved, pasteurized, normalized, powder milk, skimmed milk and a long storage milk. What makes it different from model 220 *General Imformation Measurement method Measurement method is certified by the Russian Scientific Research Dairy Industry Institute. The method instruction manual is supplied together with the device, so you can use it not only for milk quality control, but also for cream and ice-cream analysis. Certificates This is one of the most recent devices and it is registered in the State Register.
